Submit a Ticket
If you need help and support, want to request a refund or want to contact us for any other reason, please complete the form below to submit a support ticket. Please bear in mind that we are based in Australia and we work normal office hours, and we get pretty busy so it may take a day or two for us to get back to you. The reason we use a Ticketing system though, is so that we keep track of everything and make sure nothing gets forgotten.
