How do I buy my copy of the game?

Buying your game from Fizzy is accomplished in 3 easy steps:

1. Login or Join Club Soda
• Already an member? Log in using your E-mail address and password.
• Not a member? Complete the simple form.
2. Safe and Secure Payment
• Enter your credit card details and click buy.
3. Download and Activate the Game
• Once your purchase has been confirmed, you can download the latest version of the game and you'll be given an activation code which you'll need to activate your game.
• Click to download your game
• Enter your activation code once the game has been installed.

How do I download and install my game?

Downloading the game from Fizzy.com is easy. Just follow these steps and you should be playing your game in no time.

1. Simply click the "Download your game" button.
2. Once the download is complete, a window will pop up asking if you'd like to "Save" or "Run" this file.
3. Click "Run" to begin the installation process.
4. The install wizard will automatically guide you through the steps of installation. After this is complete, you can start your game by clicking on the icon on your desktop.

Important Note: You must be connected to the internet the first time you activate the game. This will ensure all the activation details are correct. As you are installing an .exe file we recommend you check the settings on your firewalls and anti-virus software so that your computer will accept the download during the initial installation process.

What is an activation code?

The game you have purchased will work in demo mode until it has been activated. After you have download and installed the game, the very first time you play the game will ask you to enter three pieces of information. Your Fizzy email address (the one you used when you joined Club Soda), your Fizzy password and your activation code. Once all three have been entered the game will unlock and you will be free to play the full version.

How do I get my activation code?

You activation code will be shown to you at the end of the purchase process. It will also be sent to you automatically in a confirmation email following your purchase. Make sure your junk mail filter accepts mail from no_reply@fizzy.com and that your web server and your own email settings are not blocking messages from Fizzy.com.

Your activation codes will also be stored on Fizzy, so if you lose them you can always come back to Fizzy, login to Club Soda and get your codes.

I got a message that says the game is a virus.

Some anti-viral or personal firewall applications incorrectly identify our games as containing viruses and disrupt or block the software from running. Please be assured that the games coming from us are virus free. If this happens you can try these 2 options:

1. Try updating your version of the virus protection program you have. If you have removed the game from your computer, simply re-download it again from our web site and it should work fine.
2. Temporarily disable your anti-virus and firewall until you have downloaded, installed, and activated the game. Please remember to re-activate these after the installation is complete.

It says "connect to the internet" but I am connected.

It is likely that your personal firewall* application is preventing your product from contacting our servers in order to complete the licensing process. To remedy this you can TEMPORARILY disable your firewall software until you have successfully installed, and activated your purchase.

What is an AUD and how much is it worth?

What do I get when I purchase my game?

You receive the full version of your game, which you will download from www.fizzy.com as an executable (exe) file. Once installed it is yours to play wherever or whenever you wish.

What is Fizzy's refund policy?

Fizzy offers a 7 day no quibble money-back refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the game you have bought, we will refund you the cost.

Do you offer games for Macs?

The games on Fizzy at the moment are designed to work on Windows. If your Mac is running boot-camp then they will work, however they will not work on Macs using the Apple operating system only.

We do intend to make versions available for Macs but we do not have a release date yet.

Can I install on multiple computers?

When you purchase a game from Fizzy, it will include 5 activations that you can use to re-install or place on another computer that has an internet connection. Just use your Activation details on the new computer.

I need to install my game again.

Use the details provided on your activation email from Fizzy to reinstall your game or login to Fizzy and retrieve your activation details from your Fizzy account.

Can I get the game sent to me on CD?

By offering the game to you as a download means you can start playing almost immediately, we can provide updates to your game quickly and you don't pay for delivery. Plus we don't waste any of the Earth's vital resources by packaging up the game and sending it to you.

The website shows a picture of a box for my game, why don't I get one?

The games for sale here are offered as downloads only. The box you see is a graphical representation. You actually get to play sooner because we don't have to mail anything to you.

What operating system does the game run on?

How do i earn points on Fizzy?

What do points get me?

The number of points determines your level on Fizzy. The members who earn the most points are displayed in The Club Soda HQ and on the Home Page.

How do the Awards work?

There are 4 types of awards on Fizzy; Ribbons, Medals, Trophies and Badges. For each of these there are 4 levels; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platimun. Ribbons are awarded for achieving Daily High Scores, Medals are awarded for achieving Weekly High Scores and Trophies are awarded for achieving All Time High Scores. You can be awarded multiple Ribbons, Medals and Trophies. Badges are achieved for achieving a specific score in a game and you can only have one badge per game. How do I create a public profile?

You can upload a photo or an image that represents you by updating your profile. Then you can share your public profile with your frinds. Most of your public profile is automatically generated based on your performance on fizzy. Play more games to improve your public profile.
