- Provided it is 7 days or less since you bought your game on Fizzy.
- Visit Fizzy support at http://www.fizzy.com/support

Open a support Ticket with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your Full Post Address
- A Contact Telephone Number
- Your email address
- Your Fizzy Username
- The game you Purchased (and want a refund for)
- Your Receipt Number or Activation code
- The reason that you want a refund
- Upon receipt of your refund request we will process your refund as quickly as possible (please allow up to 14 days)
- ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN MADE, YOUR GAME WILL BE DE-ACTIVATED AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PLAY IT.
- If you purchased the game more than 7 days ago, visit Fizzy support at http://www.fizzy.com/support and provide us with ALL of the above information and we will consider your request.
- If you do not want a refund, but have a problem or a question, please visit Fizzy support at http://www.fizzy.com/support and open a trouble ticket.
