- Provided it is 7 days or less since you made your Fizzy purchase..
- Visit the 3RD sense Customer Services Portal at www.3rdsense.com/customerservices/
- Open a Trouble Ticket and choose Refund Request as the reason for the Trouble Ticket
- Please provide the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your Full Post Address
- A Contact Telephone Number
- You email address
- Your Fizzy Username
- The Item you Purchased (and want a refund for)
- Your Receipt Number or Activation code
- The reason that you want a refund
- Upon receipt of your refund request we will process your refund as quickly as possible (please allow up to 14 days)
- ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN MADE, YOUR GAME WILL BE DE-ACTIVATED AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PLAY IT
- What happens if I want a refund and I purchased the item from you more than 7 days ago?
- Visit the 3RD sense Customer Services Portal at www.3rdsense.com/customerservices/ and provide us with ALL of the above information and we will consider your request.
- If you do not want a refund, but have a problem or a question, please visit the 3RD sense Customer Services Portal at www.3rdsense.com/customerservices/ and open a trouble ticket.
