I wonder whether the "sudden loss" syndrome is due to a bug affecting the freeze time bonus - it's just that I noticed that the hour glass was virtually empty whilst the freeze time showed a large amount of time left. Hi ... it has happened to me, too. But even more odd was the last game I played ... at level 6 it had a glitch that stopped the words appearing but I clicked frantically and got the words correct. Gave up after 4 attempts ... no fun!

I am new to fizzy. I have been playing word whizz alot. Several times the game over sign comes up when I still have time left on the timer. Not sure why this is happening.
