Many of the Talents (Two-Handed Mastery, Guitar Mastery, Juggernaut, Amplify, Elemental Resistance, Shield Mastery, etc.) do NOTHING. Combat mechanics are broken - opponents can dodge Quick attacks, parry Power attacks, and cast expensive spells AFTER you drain all their Magicka or knock them off a cliff. Some performance/graphics options make the game freeze when loading 5 fresh gladiators at the arena. Talent bonuses from items can become permanent. The game slows to a crawl after hours of play (fix by turning off all graphics/music, then turning back on). The list goes on...
