- The website shows a box for the game, why didn't i get one?
The games for sale here are offered as downloads only. The box you see is a graphical representation. You actually get to play sooner because we don't have to mail anything to you.
- Can I get the game sent to me on CD?
By offering the game to you as a download means you can start playing almost immediately, we can provide updates to your game quickly and you don't pay for delivery. Plus we don't waste any of the Earth's vital resources by packaging up the game and sending it to you.
- What operating system do the games work on?
You can check the system requirements on the game page. This will tell you the necessary system requirements to run the game successfully.
At the moment the games only run on windows based systems.
- What if I need to re-install my game?
Use the details provided on your activation email from Fizzy to reinstall your game or login to Fizzy and retrieve your activation details from your Fizzy Club House account.
- Can the game be installed on multiple computers?
When you purchase a game from Fizzy, it will include 5 activations that you can use to re-install or place on another computer that has an internet connection. Just use your Activation details on the new computer.
- Do you offer download games for Apple Mac's?
The games on Fizzy at the moment are designed to work on Windows. If your Mac is running boot-camp then they will work, however they will not work on Macs using the Apple operating system only.
We do intend to make versions available for Macs but we do not have a release date yet.
- What is Fizzy's refund policy?
Fizzy offers a 7 day no quibble money-back refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the game you have bought, we will refund you the cost.
- What do I get when I purchase a game?
You receive the full version of your game, which you will download from www.fizzy.com as an executable (exe) file. Once installed it is yours to play wherever or whenever you wish.
- A message is telling me to "connect to the internet" but I am connected?
It is likely that your personal firewall* application is preventing your product from contacting our servers in order to complete the licensing process. To remedy this you can TEMPORARILY disable your firewall software until you have successfully installed, and activated your purchase.
* Please remember to re-activate this after the game has been activated correctly.
- How do I get an activation code?
Your activation code will be shown to you at the end of the purchase process. It is also sent to you automatically in a confirmation email following your purchase.
Make sure your junk mail filter accepts mail from no_reply@fizzy.com and that your web server and your own email settings are not blocking messages from Fizzy.com.
Your activation codes will also be stored on Fizzy, so if you lose them you can always come back to Fizzy, login to Club Soda and get your codes.

- What is Club Soda?
Club Soda is for those of you who want more from their online playing experience. There are a whole load of member benefits and Club Soda is free to join. Take a look at Club Soda HQ for more information.
- How do I earn points on Fizzy?
Become a member of Club Soda and you can start earning points right away. You earn points for submitting scores, winning awards, buyng games and more besides... Find out more in your Clubhouse.
- What do points get me?
The number of points determines your level on Fizzy. The members who earn the most points are displayed in The Club Soda HQ and on the Home Page.
- How do the Fizzy awards work?
There are 4 types of awards on Fizzy; Ribbons, Medals, Trophies and Badges. For each of these there are 4 levels; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platimun.
Ribbons are awarded for achieving Daily High Scores.
Medals are awarded for achieving Weekly High Scores.
Trophies are awarded for achieving All Time High Scores.
You can be awarded multiple Ribbons, Medals and Trophies. Badges are achieved for achieving a specific score in a game and you can only have one badge per game. Take a look in your Clubhouse to find out more and how to win awards and how many points you get for each.
- How do I create a public profile?
You can upload a photo or an image that represents you by updating your profile. Then you can share your public profile with your frinds. Most of your public profile is automatically generated based on your performance on fizzy. Play more games to improve your public profile.
- Can I change my Fizzy avatar?
Of course. Once you are logged into your clubhouse simply go to http://www.fizzy.com/user/edit_my_avatar and change it.
- How do I see what awards I have been awarded?
Once you have logged into your clubhouse, simply go to http://www.fizzy.com/user/my_achievements and you can see all the awards you have earnt.
- I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
We can send you a new one to let you log in to your clubhouse. Simply go to http://www.fizzy.com/user/forgotten_password and enter your details.
Once we have sent you a temporary password you can log into your clubhouse and change it to something you will remember.
- How much is it to join Club Soda?
Absolutely nothing, and once you have joined you can create your own avatar, submits scores, add comments, rank games and participate in Fizzy competitions.
At Fizzy we want to make the web fun for everyone, and offering free membership to Fizzy is a great start.
- What's in my Clubhouse?
Loads of great things. It's the gateway to more fun on Fizzy. It's the nerve centre of your time spent on Fizzy.
In your clubhouse you can access and change your avatar, check out your awards and top scores, monitor your VIP subscription, keep track of all your purchases, alter the details of your profile and check out what level you're on.

- What is VIP membership?
Fizzy VIP membership is a subscription service offering even more benefits above the free Club Soda membership.
- How much is Fizzy VIP membership?
You can become a VIP for for as little as AUD$5.95 per month. That's cheaper than your average takeaway pizza, less than half the price of a DVD and a fraction of the cost of buying all the great games you get access to.
It's a subscription service so we automatically renew your subscription every month, but you can cancel at anytime from within your Clubhouse.
- What do I get as a Club Soda VIP member?
As well as all the standard features of a free Club Soda membership, VIP membership gives you the following:
1. VIP only games: As a VIP you can play FULL versions of a number of games that previously you had to buy to get the FULL version.
2. Chat with other VIP's: When you become a VIP you get access to a full chat service along side the games so you chat with other VIPs on Fizzy.
3. Discounts on game purchases: As a VIP you get a 20% discount in the Fizzy shop.
4. No Ads while you play: All ads are stopped when you load up any game to play when you are logged in as a VIP.
- I'm a VIP, how do I cancel my subscription?
It's very easy, just log into your Clubhouse and go to http://www.fizzy.com/user/my_subscription and press the cancel subscription button.
You can cancel and rejoin at any time.
- Where can I find a list of all the VIP only games?
The VIP games can be found in the games section under http://www.fizzy.com/games/subscription
- How do I become a VIP member?
To subscribe to a Fizzy VIP membership simply go to http://www.fizzy.com/club_soda/vips and click on the become a VIP button.
Fill in the details and follow the prompts.
You can join as a VIP directly or upgrade from your free membership, the choice is yours.
- If I upgrade to VIP am I still a member of Club Soda?
Yes, your current Club Soda clubhouse remains, but now you are a VIP member, with all the benefits.

- How come I have to pay for the full versions of some of your games?
True, even though the vast majority of games available to play on Fizzy are free we do charge for the full versions of soem of our most popular games.
We give you two ways to do it though and if you consider the cost of entertainment nowadays it doesn't cost much. Plus the download games for sale are huge games that will take you hours to play to conclusion.
The main reason we do it is that it enables us to continue to provide you with more games.
But even our biggest games have free demo versions for you to play, or download. These demos are far larger than many free games available on the web today.

- What is an enhanced game?
Enhanced games are those games that enable a score submission.
- Can anyone play a VIP game?
Yes, all of the VIP games on Fizzy have a free demo component. You can play the demo either online or downloaded to your Windows computer.
However if you wish to play the full version of these games then you need to upgrade to VIP membership.
- What is a download game?
A download game is a game where the full version is only available if you purchase the game.
Free demos are available for all of these games, enabling you to try before you buy.
- Where can I find a complete range of the games that you offer?

- Does Fizzy have multiplayer games?

If you want to rate any of the games on Fizzy you should join up to Fizzy for free.

We appreciate feedback on any of the games on Fizzy. It's easy to do just go to http://www.fizzy.com/support and fill in the simple form.
- Can I play the online games on my Apple Mac?
Yes you can. Fizzy runs on all internet browsers, so all you Apple users can still have access to the entire Fizzy game catalogue.
If you want to play the full versions of the our biggest games you can upgrade to VIP.

- What methods of payment do you accept?
Right now Fizzy accepts Mastercard and Visa. Australian buyers also have the additional choice of American Express.
We are working towards more payment options soon.
- Do you offer Paypal?
At this stage all payments on Fizzy are via credit/debit cards. We hope to add Paypal as an option soon.
- What are AUD and how much are they worth?
As an Australian company our games are advertised in Australian Dollars on the website. This doesn't mean you need Australian dollars to buy it though. Simply pay by credit card and your purchase will be converted into your local currency on your credit card statement. Currency's fluctuate daily so we have placed a guide on the game pages to you let you know the approximate US Dollar, Great British Pound and Euro equivalent.
- Why do I have to join Fizzy to buy something?
If you want to buy a game, you first have to become a member of Club Soda. It's like opening an account. It allows us to find out a bit more about you so that we can provide better support and allow you access to free game updates as well as all the other benefits of joining Club Soda. It's free to join and only takes a moment.

Buying your game from Fizzy is accomplished in 3 easy steps:
1. Login or Join Club Soda: Already an member? Log in using your E-mail address and password. Not a member? Complete the simple form.
2. Safe and Secure Payment: Choose your game, proceed to checkout, enter your credit card details and click buy.
3. Download and Activate the Game: Once your purchase has been confirmed, you can download the latest version of the game and you'll be given an activation code which you'll need to activate your game. Click to download your game. Enter your activation code once the game has been installed.
- What operating system do the download Fizzy games run on?
The Fizzy download games all operate on Windows only. We are working towards offering our games on Apples in the near future.
- What can I buy in the Fizzy shop?
We have two distinct products for sale in the shop.
The first is our range of download games. There are 18 for sale at the moment, (including the popular Swords and Sandals titles) and the list will continue to grow. The second is the ability to upgrade from your free membership to VIP membership.
